“Perched atop a hill with expansive views of the ocean, the mountains, and the lights of Brookings, this is a lovely place for peace and quiet. The space is clean and comfortable, perfect for relaxing. Waking up to views of the ocean is wonderful. A few things to know: The kitchenette does the job, but I would have been challenged with a longer stay. And while the property is private, the owners are on site, so it is not quite 100%. But they were super nice and welcoming, and happy to leave us to……

“The property is cute and cozy with everything we needed for our stay. It was clean and has a comfortable bed. The location is in a nice quiet neighborhood, and it was very convenient to the Boatnik festivities across the river. We were able to easily walk to the concert on Friday night, which was great because it looks like parking is not easy to find near the park. We were also able to walk to a few good restaurants. Overall, it was a great place to stay and would recommend it to others! ”

The property is in a great location makes it feel like you are in the woods and if need be, you can be at in the center of Grant falls for good eat in like 10min. during my stay it would only rained at night. (I'm from the NW) so was normal and peaceful falling asleep to the rain drops hitting the tent. And woke up to deer eating around our tent so that was very much so a glamping experience.”
