“The manager was the most helpful with parking that I've ever seen. He parked his car in an open spot to save it. Walked 1/2 mile with me back to my car. I drove back to the B and B while he directed me. Then he moved his car out of the spot so I could have it!”

Il personale addetto all' accoglienza dovrebbe migliorare le modalità di accoglienza ed il dialogo con i Clienti. Deve essere migliorata la manutenzione: asse del wc sganciato da un lato, bocchetta estrattore aria del bagno visibilmente sporco da molta polvere, pulizia del balconcino, assenza di mensole nella bellissima doccia……

“Liliana and Francesco contacted us through WhatsApp and helped us navigate the parking, it is a short walk from the room. The room is on a street that cars are not permitted to park which helped make for a very peaceful nights sleep. It was a beautiful room with a balcony, and being able to open the door for sun and fresh air was s plus. The breakfast that is included with our price was at Terrazza Scandaglia , just down the street with a view of the port. Shops, dining, and sightseeing were……

“Abbiamo prenotato il giorno stesso e probabilmente per un problema di connessione, al momento del nostro arrivo i proprietari non erano a conoscenza che noi avessimo prenotato una camera.
