The only complaint I have is that there is alot of construction going on on the property and works were banging by 7:30 AM. Unfortunately we couldn't sleep in with all the noise. “We had a wonderful time - it was such a relief to arrive at Chuck and Gergana's sweet condo after a stay at a horrible beachfront 'hotel' just outside of busy and loud San Pedro. Sapphire Beach has, as Chuck promised, the most wonderful private beach, and we were happy to relax in the quiet. Took a great snorkel tour with GoSea, had lovely meals at the Gem, and picked up local bbq from the grocery down the road on a Saturday. “We stayed 9 nights and loved the island, the condo, and the resort. We rented a golf cart which allowed us to be out of busy San Pedro yet enjoy many other beaches and restaurants. Sapphire Beach has a great restaurant, beach and pools. Secret Beach is great for windy days at Sapphire. We snorkeled with White Sands thru the resort and loved Hol Chan and Mexico Rocks. Yes, you want bug stuff at night. It's quiet and beautiful - go!”

“Area was beautiful check in was super easy, room was clean and a/c worked great. Beds were comfortable. Communication with owners was fast. Close enough to everything but far enough away so it was quite at night to sleep. Staff was very social and remembered our names every time we came in or out. Salty’s across the way was nice if you wanted a late snack or drinks before heading home. We stayed 8 nights in March of 2025”

“Loved the location, such an amazing place in the most convenient area right across from the beach. I could not of been happier with my stay in this little guest house. Everyone in the area was friendly and helpful as well, I have to note that I appreciated the cleanliness of the linen and the amount given it made a huge difference. The guesthouse is 3 min walk from the main road, The Split is less than 10 min walk I felt no need to rent a golf cart staying in this location. ”
