“The condo was everything and more that was advertised online. It was very laid back, quiet and off the beaten path from all tourists. The non-renter residents were friendly and talkative. The maintenance man and his dog made a nightly pass, friendly and talkative. We did have a visit from the HOA President for hanging towels on the balcony to dry, was not aware it was a HOA penalty violation. The beach is not swimmable and there is a shark warning sign, please follow it as we saw three……

“First time to stay on Ambergris Caye. This property was very nice and spacious. We cooked a couple of times with the gas stove. Beds were good and place was clean. Nice view. Golf carts is a necessity. There is plenty of restaurants and grocery within 2-3 miles. Not the best beach or swimming area.”
