“We really enjoyed the suite & hospitality at Bay Towers. Arielle, George & Maria were helpful & friendly. Awesome sunset views from the roof & patio! Good towels, sheets, bed & spacious suites. We loved our time with island dog Bella. She is a sweet Shepherd who was abandoned by her owner. She loved the attention & food we gave her. Pay it forward if you stay here--dog food most appreciated! This is a quiet property just a little walk away from the Split ferry that takes you to the noisy South……

“Area was beautiful check in was super easy, room was clean and a/c worked great. Beds were comfortable. Communication with owners was fast. Close enough to everything but far enough away so it was quite at night to sleep. Staff was very social and remembered our names every time we came in or out. Salty’s across the way was nice if you wanted a late snack or drinks before heading home. We stayed 8 nights in March of 2025”

“Loved the location, such an amazing place in the most convenient area right across from the beach. I could not of been happier with my stay in this little guest house. Everyone in the area was friendly and helpful as well, I have to note that I appreciated the cleanliness of the linen and the amount given it made a huge difference. The guesthouse is 3 min walk from the main road, The Split is less than 10 min walk I felt no need to rent a golf cart staying in this location. ”

“Our stay at Ashton Court over Spring Break was wonderful. We rented a three bedroom condominium that faced the water. Had a balcony with beautiful views, condo was updated and very nice. Nice pool and bar that we used on the days we weren't at the beach or on the water. The staff was excellent, always available, made all our dinner reservations, security guard onsite all night and the owner, Ken, was there the entire week we were. He was a pleasure to talk to and made our stay fantastic, he……

“Good location away from the crowded areas of Caye Caulker, but still close enough to walk to anything. The cabana was furnished with everything we needed, good use of space. Comfortable bed, plentiful hot water in the shower. Close proximity to the ocean, and access to the chairs on the beach was very nice. Lovely deck for relaxing with coffee or a Belikin. Bicycles included were also a great perk. Very friendly and responsive hosts! Would definitely stay here again.”

“Francis is a such warm and thoughtful host. He greeted us with a complimentary pick up (and drop off) at the ferry and made sure we had a wonderful time. This is the only belizean owned waterfront property on the island, and I highly recommend this lovely hidden gem. ”
