“This place is absolutely sweet. The apartment & grounds are beautiful, clean & had everything we could possibly need. It was in a great spot located close to the hiking trails we did, wineries & downtown Ithaca. Our host Vickie was so thoughtful & welcoming, checking to make sure we had everything we needed & then some, evening providing delicious pastries for our first morning. “The location was convenient for the three places we were visiting - Ithaca, Watkins Glen and Corning. Plenty of space, and comfortable as well. The layout of Unit 2 is a little tough to discern from the pictures, but you walk in the front door to the kitchen/dining/living, with the bathroom and bedroom behind. Then downstairs to another "family room" with a larger TV. There is a little noise from the upstairs neighbor, mostly due to the age of the house and wooden floors, but otherwise quiet.……

“location was perfect since I have family in Newfield! Everything was comfortable. Plenty of blankets and for the bed and pull out couch, which was pretty comfortable.Only complaint was the bathroom is right next to the Host's kitchen, so could hear them in there. Made using the restroom a bit awkward. Maybe some sound proofing on the door would help. The shower needs some hand holds for people unsteady on their feet, and a little foot rest for shaving legs.Everything else was perfect!”

“We were visiting the area for Ithaca College’s commencement. Great to be away from the downtown hotels who seem to double and triple their prices for college events. The apartment was 18 miles away and it was so peaceful. The unit was immaculately cleaned. We were treated to a bottle of local wine and a gift card for the downstairs coffee shop. I am only sad we did not find it sooner, before our daughter graduated. Can’t wait to come back.”
