“Het was de derde keer dat we hier verbleven. Altijd tevreden geweest. In dit appartement waren het wel slechte matrassen. Mijn rug ging eraan kapot. Voor de rest weer ok zoals altijd. Enige minpunt is dat het daar heel duur is om daar bv iets te drinken of te eten. Maar dat is Zwitserland natuurlijk...”

The team checking us in and managing our stay was excellent, informative, and extremely helpful with not only information about the property, but with getting around town, etc. The accommodations were clean and beautiful, and very spacious. “飯店入口需要爬一層樓的樓梯才能到lobby, lobby旁邊才有電梯，對於老人家以及帶大行李的旅行會比較辛苦一些。 飯店沒有附停車位，因此我們必須在附近自行找收費停車位。 飯店櫃檯的服務小姐態度很親切友善，房間乾淨舒適，早餐也很好吃。”

“Hotel in ruhiger Lage, etwas ausserhalb von Flims Waldhaus (mittels Fussmarsch gut zu erreichen). In unmittelbarer Nähe zum Wald. Der Cresta- und Caumasee erreicht man über Wanderwege sehr einfach. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück schätzte ich sehr. Auch verfügt das Hotel über eine grosse Terrasse. Ideal zum Frühstücken. Ein hoteleigenes Restaurant wird ebenfalls betrieben. Habe jedoch, anlässlich meines Aufenthalts, nicht davon Gebrauch gemacht. Die Hotelanlage ist neu.”
