“Zans was an absolute gem. The apartment was quiet, spotless and perfectly appointed. It was a gentle 15 minute walk to the centre, with a chicken restaurant and supermarket less than a minute away.
The customer service was the best we have had for a very long time. When you booked your breakfast, it was delivered and later d out on your dining table.
The beds were super warm, and there was heating if you needed it
Would highly recommend!”

“We had a wonderful stay here. Clean, filtered water available, lots of tea to use, hot water in the shower, fantastic walkable location to san blas, main square, and many shops/restaurants, very comfortable and warm sheets. Extremely safe with locking system for whole building but Cusco is pretty safe overall. Hosts were quick to communicate over text and accommodating, even brought over an extra towel. Would definitely stay again!”

“This property has been closed and out of service. I am shocked that that Expedia doesn’t update their locations that is advertised. My payment was taken Aug 19 while hotel had shut down already. After knocking for 1.5 hr tourist policeman help me find another place to stay. Very very upset ! ”

"The hotel is very comfy, with nice staff and environment, the beds and toilet are all clean. There is staff standby in the front desk 24hrs, so even if we arrived the hotel late in midnight, still able to have help from the staff.
The breakfast lady is very nice too.
But the location is not in city centre, we have to travel through uber each time for about 15mins, but it is easy to call uber so doesnt really bothered.
They got thick blanket so it's warm and cozy in bed, but since the room is quite cold without heater, it is freezing cold when you are out of bed 4 in the midnight preparing to go out for some tour. Prepare really warm clothes."
