“早餐不錯吃 房間很乾淨每天都會打掃 熱水很熱 房間有暖氣 吹風機 基本上該有功能都有 要去馬丘比丘可以把行李寄在飯店 要去彩虹山飯店也可以準備早餐 大廳隨時都有熱的古柯茶可以裝來喝 基本很推薦!!”

“Really great place to stay in Cusco. We actually have stayed here twice. The rooms are very cute, it’s in a great location on the plaza near shopping, restaurants and bars. The neighborhood is a little noisy but that is to be expected of a central location and they provide ear plugs! Also they have very reliable WiFi!”

“The hotel is very comfy, with nice staff and environment, the beds and toilet are all clean. There is staff standby in the front desk 24hrs, so even if we arrived the hotel late in midnight, still able to have help from the staff. The breakfast lady is very nice too. But the location is not in city centre, we have to travel through uber each time for about 15mins, but it is easy to call uber so doesnt really bothered. They got thick blanket so it's warm and cozy in bed, but since the room is……

Acomodações muito boss qto a espaço, limpeza, camas, banho e serviço. Bom café da manhã, inclusive fornecem kit p levar se sair antes de abrir o restaurante. Atendentes fazem grande diferença, destaque para Melinda e Cristian, além das camareiras e meninas do restaurante.”

“It is a boutique hotel with charming and vintage decor, small lobby combined into dining area. Beautiful courtyard and potted plants. Staff very sttentive and helpful. Bathrooms do not have exhaust, moisture collects, no heater either but good hot water for showers. One small heating unit in a 3 beds room, only turned on at 7 pm , supposed to be untol 7 am, but awaken very cold going to toilet at wee hours. Buffet breakfast with plenty of cut up fruits, fresh juices and hot drinks. ”

“Darling property with large comfortable rooms, peaceful courtyard and views of the city from the charming lobby. At night the view is sparkling with lights. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Would stay here again in a heart beat”

“對於酒店員工十分不滿 首先是態度冷淡並且無法滿足客人要求，由於酒店職員不懂英文，難以溝通，職員會選擇先協助懂西班牙文的客人。 而面對本人所提出之要求，一而再再而三地忽略。本人出門前向櫃枱職員提出要求提供多一個枕頭及暖爐， 職員表示會於清潔房間時放進房間。 其後本人回到房間， 不但沒有完成本人要求， 更收走了早前向櫃枱職員借的風筒！ 本人親身到櫃枱再次表示需求，職員態度欠佳，沒有正面回覆何時會提供所需的物件，你需要多次向職員查詢才有回覆。 當我收到職員提供之暖爐時，我同時要求的枕頭，並沒有提供，又需要我再次向職員查詢！ 我從未試過入住酒店出現類似體驗，本人對此酒店十分不滿！ 位置偏僻，對於旅遊人士絕不友善！”

“Nice hotel in great location, just one block from famous Inca stone wall and 12-sided stone. Breakfast buffet was very nice, with eggs cooked to order. Coca tea and hot water were available 24hrs in the courtyard. Patience with the hot water - takes a while to reach the room, but then nice and hot with no problems.”

“The staff was very accommodating to all of our requests. The room was clean and we were pretty close to the historic centre by uber. Someone was always available to help with questions no matter the time of day or night. The staff was also very friendly. Would absolutely stay here again. ”
