“the lady at the front desk, Noamie (spelling?), was very helpful. She actually saved our trip to Pachupicchu! She arranged taxi to (2:30am!) and from (10pm) a bus station we had no idea. We had no idea where we were going! At end the taxi took us to the station nobody told us at the time of bokking! the staff was kind! ”

“The hotel is very comfy, with nice staff and environment, the beds and toilet are all clean. There is staff standby in the front desk 24hrs, so even if we arrived the hotel late in midnight, still able to have help from the staff. The breakfast lady is very nice too. “We loved our stay at Casa Cruz Verde! My husband and I stayed here as part of our honeymoon and we were greeted by the cutest towel and flower arrangement on the bed with a sweet note. All of the staff were wonderful and went above and beyond. The breakfast was made to order and delicious. The rooms was modern and clean, and the staff cleaned it each day.
