“Quaint little hotel with beautiful views of Cusco. Staff was friendly and very helpful. We booked a taxi through the hotel that picked us up at the airport. Breakfast was wonderful and they made accommodations for gluten free. I liked the area as it was quiet but still in walking distance to the square. Streets are very small so larger vehicles do not pick up from the hotel. We found great restaurants near by. We stayed twice and they stored our luggage between stays. First room had a queen bed.……

“The hotel is very comfy, with nice staff and environment, the beds and toilet are all clean. There is staff standby in the front desk 24hrs, so even if we arrived the hotel late in midnight, still able to have help from the staff. The breakfast lady is very nice too. But the location is not in city centre, we have to travel through uber each time for about 15mins, but it is easy to call uber so doesnt really bothered. They got thick blanket so it's warm and cozy in bed, but since the room is……

“We were stuck in Cuzco because of the State of Emergency in Peru and the coronavirus pandemic. The staff were nice and very helpful. They contacted another hotel for us to stay 15 days. The breakfast was very good and room was comfortable and clean.”

“The room is clean and cosy. However, the ventilation is bad if the window is closed. Also, the noise from the other room was heard. Staff there are very nice, coca tea was provided at checkin and the room is available even before checkin time. There are only limited food choices for breakfast. However, packed breakfast is available if need to leave early.”
