“This property is tucked away in the cobblestone streets an easy 5 minute walk to the plaza. The two twin room was nice and there was hot-ish water and a hair dryer. The patio had the most wonderful view. We didn’t get to eat breakfast since we had an early tour. I appreciated that they had both purified and boiled water and a lot of it for guests so we could fill our water bottles before our trek. The only thing was our 3rd floor room, although quiet, was quite cold. Colder than the temperature……

“All staff members were fantastic . We are a complete vegetarian family. They were able to modify their meat dishes to vegetarian dishes so we can still have Peruvian food experience. The hotel is really pretty, and luxurious. Resort type feel. ”

“The staff were super friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to cook us with delicious vegan food. Their potato soup and guacamole were incredibly delicious! They also helped us by driving us to the Salt Mines of Maras, Moray & Ollantaytambo for a reasonable price. They had warm water and good WiFi connection which isn’t always the norm in Peru. Highly recommend if you’re in Urubamba. ”
