We left early in the morning and they even offered to prepare us a breakfast “lunch box” for our trip during the day, this was very appreciated by my friends and me. “Just a nice, clean, very convenient property. Some rooms come with a balcony, some do not. The rooms were clean and comfortable albeit with a few ants in the bathroom. However, you're in a hotel in a village on the side of the mountains so a few ants shouldn't bother you. The breakfast (included) was tasty and fruits/veggies were fresh and tasty. My only negative comment would be the runny scrambled eggs (but that's a personal thing! :-) ) If you're looking for luxury hotel, this is not it;……

“Fantastic stay at Refugio Andino! So great that I actually returned to stay a second time for multiple nights. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Having breakfast included was a bonus and the service each morning was always so friendly and so nice to be greeted with a warm smile. “We loved staying here! The family were lovely and accommodating. They took through the wilderness in their back yard and beyond which was super cool. The rooms were comfortable and we especially loved our patio overlooking the town and endless festivals (do they ever end?!?!). There wasn't hot water, but that is what we expected for this price. I would recommend!”
