“I came to Hacienda Roman knowing that in this part of Peru, you can't expect all the amenities like WiFi, cable TV, etc. If you go in with reasonable expectations, you'll be happy with this hotel. The pros: Staff are quite nice. Food is tasty and available fresh on site. Personal attention, especially the tour of the coffee/jungle out back, is phenomenal. The entire stay was worth it just for this!! The cons: Cooking is unbelievably slow; it took us no less than 1.5 hours to finish a meal……

“Hotel Luz Garden was such a joy! It is just minutes away from the Aguas Calientes train station (ex. Local, Inka Rail, Perú Rail) and also near Ministerio de Cultural office if you need to buy a last minute ticket to Macchu Picchu. The staff and hospitality at this hotel was AMAZING! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and they have a storage room for your luggage. The rooms were clean, had Inkan decor, and most importantly, heat! “從一訂到飯店後就收到飯店的來信跟我們確認到達時間，雖然我們的火車有延誤，但飯店還是有派人到車站接我們，房間內的設備很完善，還有按摩浴缸使用，到凌晨四點隔壁的餐廳都還放著音樂，但完全不影響住宿睡眠，床很舒適，早餐的樣式雖不多，但服務人員很有禮貌，還有新鮮現打果汁，可邊吃邊欣賞外面的街景, 很值得住宿。”

“Mi experiencia en el Qoya Palace fue excelente. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todo en Aguas Calientes y muy cómoda para quienes van a Machu Picchu.
