“Quarto muito confortável, boa cama, bom chuveiro, bom café da manhã. O hotel fica bem localizado no centro de Santa Teresa e os funcionários são muito simpáticos.”

“Staff was terrific. Travelers got separated and staff here helped both parties. The one who hiked got caring aid - food, information about other travelers options, offers to help with communication. The one who did not hike got excellent information on how to meet up in another town on the following day. Staff kept in touch after. Food was abundant and delicious.”

“The sheets were stained and dirty, the location is extremely noisy, very thin walls and windows. You can hear the noise in the street until 3 AM.. not recommended for a relaxing stay. The whole room just felt dirty. Other than that, the price was good.”
