“Staff was terrific. Travelers got separated and staff here helped both parties. The one who hiked got caring aid - food, information about other travelers options, offers to help with communication. The one who did not hike got excellent information on how to meet up in another town on the following day. Staff kept in touch after. Food was abundant and delicious.”

“Mi experiencia en el Qoya Palace fue excelente. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todo en Aguas Calientes y muy cómoda para quienes van a Machu Picchu. El hotel es elegante, limpio y con detalles que hacen la estadía especial. El personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas. El desayuno estuvo delicioso y variado, ideal para empezar el día antes de la excursión. Sin duda, un lugar altamente recomendable para hospedarse”

“Hotel Luz Garden was such a joy! It is just minutes away from the Aguas Calientes train station (ex. Local, Inka Rail, Perú Rail) and also near Ministerio de Cultural office if you need to buy a last minute ticket to Macchu Picchu. The staff and hospitality at this hotel was AMAZING! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and they have a storage room for your luggage. The rooms were clean, had Inkan decor, and most importantly, heat! I went August 2025 so it was definitely chilly in town. There……
