“從一訂到飯店後就收到飯店的來信跟我們確認到達時間，雖然我們的火車有延誤，但飯店還是有派人到車站接我們，房間內的設備很完善，還有按摩浴缸使用，到凌晨四點隔壁的餐廳都還放著音樂，但完全不影響住宿睡眠，床很舒適，早餐的樣式雖不多，但服務人員很有禮貌，還有新鮮現打果汁，可邊吃邊欣賞外面的街景, 很值得住宿。”

“Located in Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu Pueblo) this is a great place to stay if you are planning on going to visit Machu Picchu, it is a 1 hour 30 minute hike to the park entrance, the bus to park is less then 5 minutes away, the hotel itself is clean cold water in sink hot water shower, breakfast is served every day from 6am till 9am before that 4am to 6am you can request bag lunch, there are several restaurants nearby, it is located about 1/4 mile up hill from town square the village it self……

“Inkaterra Machu Picchu Pueblo Hotel was magical. The setting is peaceful and lush, with beautiful trails and gardens throughout the property. The staff were kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Our room was cozy and clean, and the restaurant food was outstanding. Perfect location—close to town and the train, yet quiet and serene. Highly recommend!”

“My husband and I loved this hotel. Not fancy but overall was an excellent choice. Large rooms and bath, great shower, plenty of hot water, super comfy bed, plush towels, portable heater, quiet. Beautiful views of the river and mountains from our balcony. Breakfast buffet with eggs to order and the best coffee on our trip. It is down the hill from the city center which was quieter and more private. Noise reduction windows so we didn't hear the sounds of the river and buses while we slept. Staff……

“這間算是我在秘魯旅行近20天中，最差的酒店，wifi 像假的，經常性斷線，收唔到， Wi-Fi對於一個遊客嚟講超級重要，所以我覺得呢間酒店係很差唔會再入住亦都唔會推介給別人，另一個原因，因為佢廁所有陣異味很臭，浴室塊鏡很不穩陣，連我的電動牙刷也承托不穩，總之成個浴室設計很有問題不夠人性化，房間對住酒店走廊所以很黑暗，開窗又會嘈，房內空氣不流通。另外頂樓應該有工作人員居住或是工作的，常常有很多噪音，另外酒店沒有電梯，住在4樓每天都要爬很多樓梯上落，我不喜歡。早餐也是無咩好食好飲，可以不要食。”
