They contacted me before the trip to make sure we had our Machu Picchu tickets, bus tickets and requested our time of arrival at the train station to help us get to the hotel. They also got us a guide for Machu Picchu who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and helped us get in line and on the bus asap. The staff made the trip so easy and comfortable. The staff was extremely nice with excellent customer service. We would definitely come back to this hotel!! ”

“這間算是我在秘魯旅行近20天中，最差的酒店，wifi 像假的，經常性斷線，收唔到， Wi-Fi對於一個遊客嚟講超級重要，所以我覺得呢間酒店係很差唔會再入住亦都唔會推介給別人，另一個原因，因為佢廁所有陣異味很臭，浴室塊鏡很不穩陣，連我的電動牙刷也承托不穩，總之成個浴室設計很有問題不夠人性化，房間對住酒店走廊所以很黑暗，開窗又會嘈，房內空氣不流通。另外頂樓應該有工作人員居住或是工作的，常常有很多噪音，另外酒店沒有電梯，住在4樓每天都要爬很多樓梯上落，我不喜歡。早餐也是無咩好食好飲，可以不要食。”
