The staff went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable. They also stored our luggage even after we checked out, so we could visit Machu Picchu without having to carry them all the way. The rooms are comfortable and well-kept, creating a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of exploring. The restaurant was a highlight—delicious food with great variety, beautifully prepared and presented. What really stood out, however, was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome.……
