“This hotel was decent. Nice looking. But not as fancy as the pics portray. But I would not recommend to stay here. For one reason. When I got there around 5pm to check in. No one was there. I had read this happened to others in a few reviews and I ignored it. I had been up since 4am, roaming around the sacred valley all day, and I was exhausted and dirty. I called the manager and he said he was out running errands and he be back in 10 minutes. Will those 10 minutes turn into 45 minutes. It……

“We had a wonderful stay at Ayllu B&B for three days! It is a beautifully located property with STUNNING views of the mountains in the sacred valley area! The rooms are very large and well appointed- very comfortable beds and nice linens, plenty of windows, modern bathrooms, everything super clean. The owners, Nicol and Antonio, are amazing hosts! “We really enjoyed our time at the pyramid. The view was amazing. It’s a bit of a walk down so keep that in mind for anyone with physical limitations. The dinner they cooked as amazing and they even taught us how to make mojitos while dinner was being cooked. Close enough to the train station to walk. “This is a hotel, not a home. You have to haul your luggage up about four flights of stone steps, but the view from the roof is incredible of the town and all the surrounding Inca ruins. The hotel was not informed of our arrival and although VRBO said we had paid, we had to pay again on our arrival.”
