“The hotel itself is wonderful, offering excellent service, beautiful rooms, and a great location right next to the marina. Overall, it’s a lovely place. Unfortunately, the dining experience at the attached restaurant was really disappointing. Both my dish—burnt, almost inedible risotto—and my companion’s tasteless seafood pasta were far below expectations. The service in the restaurant was also subpar. It’s a shame, as everything else about the hotel was so great.”

“Amazing stay. The suite was spacious, comfortable, and immaculate. The staff was friendly and helpful. The building was a gorgeous historical building with beautiful architecture. It was steps away from the bustling Grand Canal and a few minutes walk to the main square, but once you were inside it was very quiet. I would absolutely book again if I return to Trieste. ”

Abbiamo avuto un problema con la tessera magnetica, per accedere alla nostra camera, e chiamando al numero di emergenza indicato (fuori dall'orario lavorativo standard) ci hanno risposto subit e hanno risolto immediatamente il problema. Insomma, tutta l'esperienza è stata confortevole e ci siamo trovati benissimo.”

“We stayed for two nights at the Nuovo Albergo Centro and were very pleased to be guests there. The hotel is quite basic, but everything that it does promise it delivers well. The rooms are basic, but well cared for and very clean. The baths are shared, but (again) are clean and tidy. (There was a sink in our room so we only had to use the shared bathrooms to bathe and for the toilet.) The free breakfast is basic, but just fine. The staff is friendly and English-speaking. “Todo bien, recepcionista muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Único problema: la cabina de ducha tiene puertas correderas que al abrirse dejan muy poco espacio: hay que entrar de lado, y aun así, una persona algo gruesa no cabe.”
