"飯店的服務跟周邊環境是很OK的，且門口的安全檢查更讓旅客感覺到很安心；但讓我比較介意的是在電梯裡或是房間裡都找不到酒店內相關設施的說明，故我不知道健身房/餐飲/泳池在哪一層樓、或是營業到幾點，這點是讓我覺得有點不方便 房間本身則是OK的，乾淨舒適"

"guarded property met my expectations with the provided photos. nice pools, i reached out to the expedia whatsapp number a few days prior to check in.They stated just go to reception and show my id. i was under the impression check in desk would be aware of my Expedia reservation. That's not the case ..."
