“Ron made the entire process very easy and was great to deal with! He was very accommodating for everything and goes out of his way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible! According to previous reviews, this place was not the greatest in the past. Ron recently purchased this property and has been doing extensive renovations to the entire place and really turning things around! I think that in a little more time and a few more renovations, things will be even better!”

“When we arrived, there was dog pee on the floor, dog hair everywhere. Wasn’t clean, bathroom sink was dripping while using the toilet the leaking sink would splash you in the face. Black mold in the bathroom, our guests couldn’t even fit in the shower. No towels ready, activities weren’t working, flat tires, no batteries, outside fire pit/seating area was unusable. Completely disappointed, we were told absolutely no refunds. We stayed two nights and had to leave early. We had two small children……

“This cottage rental more than lived up to its billing as a typical Massachusetts fish camp built in the 40s. The setting - at the end of a long drive - ensures tranquility. The many cottages in the camp offer simple but clean comfortable and functional lodgings. Each cottage has its unique flair.
