“We were a family of 8: my husband and me and our 21 year old, my mother, my brother, his wife and her 12 year old and their 2 year old. Needless to say, it’s a big age range with “the kids”. This provided the perfect balance. Access to the beach is on property, although it is a long trek down, so not for those with mobility issues (like myself-I did not go down). The pool and spa was perfect for all ages and kept our little one from getting bored and us from carrying her up and down to the……

“We had a wonderful stay in Manomet with family and friends. Susan was very accommodating and responsive before and during our stay. One minor thing was that we couldn’t find the toaster and other items but Susan was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this property!”

“We enjoyed our family time here. My elderly parents live nearby and had the chance to sit by the ocean without needing to go down the stairs. Communication with the property owners was perfect and they are very friendly. For the younger of us- we enjoyed our trips to the beach each day and had a wonderful view to wake up to each morning. “Eden was such a great host. The ease of checking in and any instructions were clear and concise. The location was amazing, a 5 minute walk to a dog friendly beach and great dirt roads with adorable cottages for walking. The kitchen had everything anyone would need and the refrigerator was spacious. The cottage was immaculate, we will definitely stay next year!”

“Overall nice house but think pictures and description on website are a little inaccurate, making it seem bigger than what it actually is. Wish the dining room had enough chairs to accommodate 8 people….had to drag chairs in from tv room. Also ran out of toilet paper and couldn’t find anymore in the house. Would recommend more than just two rolls for 8 people. 😊 Location is very secluded. Overall not bad.”
