“I booked this property with my adult daughter. We were so looking forward to this trip. We were so disappointed in this property. We could barely move around each other for lack of room. There was no place to store our belongings which meant we had to use our suitcases, which took up even more room. I would only recommend this property if you are traveling by yourself and with VERY LITTLE luggage. On the bright side, the view is spectacular and there are lots of cute little places to eat nearby.……

“My 3 sisters and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Carolyn’s place. It’s spacious and so conveniently located right across from beautiful Onset Beach. We had a two hour delay getting in to the house, so Carolyn graciously offered to extend our check out time by 2 hours. We loved the village of Onset and enjoyed the local restaurants. Overall, a wonderful experience! ”

“Our host met us upon our arrival. We got there about an hour later than we expected, but still before dinner. Rick was there and explained every bit of the apartment and it was actually better than described. We were in the area to meet up with friends, and didn’t plan on doing any cooking at the apartment, and that was a shame. The appliances were brand new, including the 6 burner gas stove. We did use the coffee pot and the refrigerator, but ate out every meal. Rick has supplied a great……

“We enjoyed our stay in this apartment, which we used as a base to visit other parts of Cape Cod. It was very clean and well equipped, and the location was convenient and easy to find. The baby bed and high chair were a big help since my husband and I were sharing the apartment with our son, his wife, and their 10-month-old baby. “This is an old triplex building. As such, everything in the apartment is crooked and uneven - the stairs, floors, and walls. It is 5-below and garage sale appointed.It was clean - so clean the smell of pine sole was overwhelming for the entire stay. Plenty of towels. But bring your own pillows and blankets because what’s there is low quality.Good communication with manager.Neighborhood is low-income. Police activity kept us awake at night. The surrounding streets had thrown trash.”

“We had a great 3 night stay. We got to the area when it was dark and we did have a difficult time located our exact cottage. Could use some better outdoor lighting for the check in process. We walked to the ferry so location for that was good.”

“It was a great property! Centrally located in the cape, in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for our family. Honestly my only complaint was that the bathroom could use some additional hooks or shelves. But seriously, that was the worst thing about the property, so that says a lot! Would definitely stay here again.”
