“From the pictures we fell in love and i was in contact with Randy from before booking. He was the best we have ever dealt with. So helpful and friendly. He even allowed us to have things sent to the house for our son that we forgot at home that he needed for his archery tournament. Once we arrived we were in awe of the views and Randy walked us thru everything. The kids enjoyed the pool every day and we enjoyed the outdoors, the grill and just being together. “Cabin was been nicely decorated and kept. The owner was very responsive. My only complaint would be hair from a pet or human I found on a pillow and a towel, but nothing too serious. The washer almost ate my clothes but that was a risk I took knowing it wasn’t the best after chatting with the owner. The place is centrally located in SLC, however it is located in an RV park which was not advertised. It wasn’t a problem but simply wasn’t advertised. Overall it was a great place.”

“The house/apartment are located in a quiet residential area but has easy access to retail outlets, such as grocery, restaurants and shops. Noise from home occupants upstairs was minimal. The fireplace was very nice as the evenings were still chilly in early April. Kitchen was nicely appointed, linens in bathroom were plentiful and having laundry available allowed me to pack lightly, knowing I could wash and dry clothes mid-trip ”

“Unsanitary conditions in common area. It appeared that there has been no housekeeping in weeks. Has a shared bathroom and common area. Basement rooms have no kitchen area and it appears that is where most guests are assigned. Microwave had splattered food that was old, refrigerator had leftover food that was old, shower drain was clogged and clumps of hair were on the shower floor, and the toiletries from previous guests were still cluttered around the bathroom.
