“The house was a nice 2 bedroom that had everything we needed. The bedrooms, bathroom, front room all were spacious. We could not go out back as the house apparently had settled so the door would not open. Also, the hot water in the shower kept going cold then hot. We did get a early morning surprise as the mowers showed up and my husband had to move his car to avoid debris from hitting it. But overall I would say this was anice place to stay. The neighborhood was peaceful too. ”

“The property was neat and clean. Only issues we had was promptly addressed by text with owner. Great value and would stay again. Only issues we had was 1) thermostat is preprogrammed and property owner controls. After a couple of texts we settled on 68 for 24-hour, entirety of stay. 2) It's a duplex and the first morning, with two vehicles next door, we had COLD WATER. It was never an issue again as they left or our showers didn't time together. FYI-the washer dryer is in a closet type room……

“Our trip to PCB in Sept 2024 was FANTASTIC! The house…we loved it! You can’t get any closer to the beach if you tried for the price! The kitchen and bathroom counters I really liked, the view from the deck is GREAT, the beds are comfy (hubby, 2 sons; 18 and 12 and our pups agree). Check in was a breeze- the property managers stay in touch thru text- which made things easier. No issues with the house- it felt like home after our week there!
