We were able to walk to the Durham Performing Arts Center for a show we were attending, and there were restaurants and bars to choose from along the way.The listing advertises that this house sleeps 11, but we wouldn't recommend with such a large group. “We enjoyed our stay in this cute cottage. It was my husband and I and it was a nice place to come relax after the fun on Franklin and campus activities. It is close enough to walk in order to get a little exercise (about 30 minutes) and we also had a car for the later nights. It was clean and comfortable and very private. We didn't cook more than toast and coffee but it appeared to have all that you would need and the bedding was clean and plus. We would definitely stay here again! ”

“I needed a place close to Duke Hospital and after comparing the ones that were closer to this one, im SO HAPPY I WENT WITH THEM!! Amazing service, room very clean , breakfast was delicious and everyone there was so helpful with informing me of places around to shop and eat!! The only downfall was the indoor pool, although the water felt fantastic and was Very clean there was alot of cold air coming thru both sets of doors which made it extremely cold getting out!
