“We booked a 3 night stay. The host was wonderful and began communicating with us before our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and even checked on us after check in. If you are looking for a cozy cabin that is off the beaten path with a 20-30 minute commute to Summersville Lake this place is for you. “We had a nice stay at this house. Check-in was easy with a passcode on the door, and check-out was a breeze as well. We enjoyed the hot tub amenity the house offered. We did have some kitchen utensils that were not the cleanest and one bathroom shower had a washcloth in the shower prior to our arrival. Overall we had a nice stay, but I would give this a 5 star review if those two issues were addressed. ”

“Enjoyed my stay with my 10 yr old for a weekend visit to NRG. The location could not be more perfect with regards to proximity to local eateries and New River Gorge NP. You are literally on the Main Street so some funny confusion with passersby thinking it’s a shop- so keep screen door latched and blinds shut for privacy. Easy walk to coffee shop and various restaurants. Never moved our car when enjoying the town. Will definitely be back!”

“The hotel is lovely. The staff was very friendly. The only issues I seen was that they had maintance painting in an elevator so it caused a delay with elevators. We ended until taking the stairs down. Also parking was a little strange. None of the parking garages said it was for this hotel. So it basically forces you to use the valet which cost more money. Over all it was a nice hotel. However it wasn't worth the price. ”
