“The staff was outstanding. Kaylissa, Sabrina, and Vince were helpful, friendly and professional. They went above and beyond for whatever need or question we had. We felt safe, as we were three ladies in a new city. Our room was clean with lots of hot water! The breakfast was great. “Kudos to hotel associate Gloria, who wore many hats during our stay. She was busy going to and from the entire time, laughing and smiling. From checking us in, to helping with the TV connection, to working the breakfast shift (while handling the front desk), she was on top of things without hesitation and with full command of the entire operation.
