“House needs some TLC! Lots of potential! Would have been nice to have a welcome binder with instructions on the home. Was disappointing from the listing. Not all expected equipment worked in the house. Curb appeal was poor and could be greatly improved with painting front door and a good day of landscaping. Cleanliness could have been better!”

“We loved everything about the place, waking up to morning sunrises over cape cod bay, the house was clean and bed was comfy, location was great as it was great home base for us to explore Plymouth, Lexington, Concord, Boston, Nantucket, Martha Vineyard, Cape Cod. Located one mile from Grocery, CVS, Restaurants and Gas station and easy to get on main highways within 3 miles. ”

“The communication with the Host is top shelf. The check-in process was a breeze and I must say, everything listed in the description is accurate. This beautiful townhome is the cleanest rental, my family and I have ever stayed in. Having the private beach access right out the front door was a dream come true.”

“The house was clean, well-furnished and felt very much like home. It is located on a quiet, picturesque street just a short walk to a small private beach This property is a perfect choice for a famiky vacation.”

“We were in town for a family wedding, and our group had all adults. The dining room is a nice space. The kitchen is a bit small. Overall, the house was clean and perfectly located. There were a few aspects that were less convenient . We would have liked to the ootion of having a full coffee pot. Atrash cans ”

“We enjoyed our stay at the house this year. We had rented the same house for 7-8y but it wasn't renting this year. I love the quiet neighborhood and the shady backyard and porch for hanging out. The kitchen was well equipped and the grill was nice. Alex was very easy to communicate with.”

“What a charming old house. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the host Ed couldn't have been nicer and greeted us as we arrived. He showed us around and told us about the house. The location was perfect for us to visit our son who is working in the area. House was super clean and our two small under 20lb. (noisy) dogs were welcome. The dresser in the bedroom is the same antique dresser I have at home!! I would stay again. We had fun watching the wild turkeys that were nearby. Thanks again Ed.”
