“I cannot tell you what a blessing this amazing home was to our family. My son and his fiancé booked the Avalon Legacy Ranch for their wedding on August 23rd. We were able to commute back and forth to the venue which saved us BIG TIME as we had left everything we had purchased in one of the fridges for the charcuterie boards/table. It was a save the day moment!!! I spoke to the owner on a few occasions. Extremely helpful no matter what I needed. The house is beautiful, the land, the pool……

“My wife and I decided to use this property for our wedding ceremony. While others wanted to charge us a minimum of 3,000 extra to host the wedding Danielle only wanted 500 for the 20 guests. She allowed me to view the property ahead of time to make plans and openly communicated and advised on how others have used the property.The property itself was top notch, each bedroom except for the loft has door leading outside. “Outstanding size and comfortable rooms! A very nice neighborhood to walk our small dog. The couches were also very comfortable, and there were 2 great dining spaces, plenty of Roku TVs, too.The backyard is good for watching birds and roadrunners, but the fence is in need of repairs. The kitchen could use a few more additions such as hand towels, pans and a knife block. It is well-supplied with coffee cups. We needed more cleaning supplies in the kitchen. Over all a wonderful place to stay. ”

I would say this is the best VRBO I’ve stayed at. Lake shore is right off the backyard, just a 30 second walk. Plenty of things to do in the house. Cleanliness was spectacular.
