“Good location! Right in front of Plaza Mayor. Horrible service, if there is any! The front desk is so ignorant and careless about the request from the guests. I have to move my luggage in and out of the check room and limited information provided about the city. Very bad service at front desk! Besides, the hotel has bad sound proof system, you can hear everything from corridor. Not recommended!”

“The owners were incredibly helpful & kind. The apartments were perfect for a short or long holiday. There is an Aldi, Lidl & other supermarkets within easy walking distance. Shower had plenty of hot water, bed was comfortable. Car parking on street was great. About a 20-minute walk to the aqueduct in Segovia, it was easier than trying to park in the city. Air con in the room worked flawlessly. La Lastrilla, is a lovely area, with local shops, bars & restaurants. I rarely go back to the same……

“若是自駕前往非常不便。使用導航前往時，在進入到飯店旁的廣場前的單行道，所顯示的交通號誌是「禁止進入」會讓人不斷地繞，直到發現禁止時段為07-11。順利進入好又是廣場，對外國遊客來說會不確定是否可以臨時停車。 順利Check in後，飯店人員提供的停車場非常的遠，但當作散步還算浪漫。遺憾的是放電人員告知「停車一晚12€」，令人錯愕的是隔天取車（未超過24hr）卻是21.8€。 另外周遭的停車位皆為當地住戶所使用的「綠色」。 雖是SPA Hotel，但卻不能使用？”

“This hotel locates at the edge of Segovia. It is suggest only if you drive. And there are only a few open parking space and I need to park at the slope near the hotel, around 5 minute walk. This hotel looks like Motel, don't expect too much. And the breakfast is so poor that it seldom refill but it cost 7 euro. I would rather buy some bread from fuel station nearby.”
