“Horrible experiencia! No funcionaba la llave electrónica y no pude entrar en el apartamento hasta después de cenar, como no hay recepción ni nadie para atenderte a la llegada, es muy difícil que en caso de tener un problema puedan resolverlo con rapidez.como Iva a una cena de negocios, esto supuso ir sin duchar y con la maleta. Está muy lejos del centro. Me prometieron hace meses el reembolso de los taxis de ir y volver al apartamento cuando no pude acceder y no lo han hecho. Pésima experiencia”

“The staff is friendly and the location is not too far away from the train station. Our room was only okay for sleeping. The arrangement of the shower room and toilet was a bit awkward and there is no ventilation for the shower room and toilet. The basin is quite small.”

“Property was great. Clean, quiet and 20 mins from Gran Via. Downsides were 1)bed comfort, not comfortable at all because one could feel bed springs, 2) the one time room was cleaned (by choice), the sheets were not changed, and lastly 3) air conditioning was turned off by hotel maintenance due to weather being cold outside.
