“Very nice and quiet”

“This is an awesome place to stay. The owners are next door, friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best it could be. Perfect place to come and get away from the busy city life and enjoy the quiet and peaceful country life. There is a store/restaurant right up the road that has awesome food if you don’t feel like cooking, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner”

“Everything was great the tv tho wouldn't get good wifi so just keep freezing up but everything was awesome loved the location and the doc ”

“The was no water near the location. The beds were uncomfortable and no blankets we had to go buy blankets. There was no way to get on the wifi. ”

“Sam’s place has everything you need for two fishermen on a trip on Toledo Bend. We actually used it as a supplement to our place we have here to accommodate our family. Thanks again Sam.”

“Hard to find directions say on left mail box on right could use a nimber on the side home is on also living room and kitchen was hot air conditioner was 2 rooms back not getting air to it slate kept falling out of bed couch was hard”
