“This house was everything as advertised and more. The house was clean and was setup with all the needed amenities. The rooms were comfortable. We had 4 adults and the house was the perfect size for us. Also, we were able to entertain other guests without problem. The neighborhood was quiet. The rental is perfectly located, and is within walking distance to the shops and restaurants of downtown Nacogdoches. The owner is really nice and made himself available in case we had any issues checking……

“Quiet, secluded, and you can beach your boat on the property. This is the fourth place we have stayed on Sam Rayburn, and by far the best. We will rent it again.”

“Liked nice Easter decorations, plenty of cooking utensils, luggage racks, games. Nice beds and linens. Low ceilings were a little bothersome with ceiling fan.”

“This is the cutest little cabin in the woods, it’s peaceful and so tranquil. The owners were so sweet and accommodating, she checked in on us and made sure we had everything we needed and it was all to our liking, which it absolutely was! It was such a great time, we can’t wait to go back and do some more Texas Fishing!! :) ”

“The place was clean a few small roaches,and the only thing i would suggest is to put some type of stickers on the sliding glass window my husband ran right into it. Bad for small children also,otherwise it was a good time.”

“House was in a great location beautiful and restful. No area to swim for the kids but we improvised and got a small blow up pool. Recommended for adults and fishing . Launch area if you have a boat. ”
