“This was a lovely get away from the city - about 4 hours from Chicago with an easy drive. It's a new to renting so we were one of the first renters. It's in great shape, it has a grill and the kitchen utensils meant for cabin life. The host was very responsive with any questions we had. We enjoyed the calls of the loons, the dock and the fire pit. The only draw back (which is also a plus for a nature escape) is that it took about 30m minutes to get to town so come prepared with food for the……

“Clean well appointed place to stay. Minor supply issues addressed when notified after stay for future renters. I would suggest some type of lighting or signage for driveway as our night return to property was tricky.”

I personally spent most of the time just enjoying the porch area..reading during the day and taking advantage of the amazing weather I had during my stay. At night enjoyed the gas fire pit/table and the hot tub. Kyle the owner was fabulous and kept in communication with me making sure that everything was going well. Highly recommend!! I will be back.”
