“Beautiful place right on the lake. Very basic accommodations, we really only slept there. Perfect for what we needed. I had trouble with the television, couldn’t figure it out. We were trying to watch the Celtics playoff game. Emailed the host I didn’t get a response Until the next day. Ironically, in her email, she said “ Don’t hesitate to reach out “ and she was “available 24/7”. We ended up listening to the game. Other than that, we had a great stay.”

“Beautiful spot and great location! Hosts answered any questions quickly! The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials needed to eat 'at home.' The space was laid out very efficiently and comfortably. Kids loved the Murphy bed as well. Cant say enough good thingals except, thank you for the wonderful stay.”

“The house and location were amazing! Kurt was so helpful throughout. The house is minutes walking distance to Weirs beach bars and the direct oceanfront living was great for the 4th of July holiday weekend! We loved time by the pool, the guys enjoyed cornhole, and we loved the staff at the poolside tiki bar! Only inconvenience was the need to bring your own sheets blankets pillows—made packing a bit more strenuous. Would still come back, despite! Thanks again, Kurt & Sarah!”

“The boat was just as pictured but the views of the fall foliage were even better than imagined. It was like glamping on the water. Perfectly situated near all the attractions of Laconia and Meredith, walking distance to several great establishments. Property manager extremely friendly and helpful I was pleasantly surprised that pool and hot tub were still open this late in the season. We would definitely come back”

“Gloria is a wonderful host and extremely helpful. She provided lots of information about the property and quickly responded to any messages. The unit was very clean and fully stocked with amenities. The location is excellent too, a short drive to the Weirs Beach area and the Bank of NH Pavilion can be accessed through a private path on the property. Definitely will stay again!”

“We had such a nice time! The lake is gorgeous and everything we hoped for.”

“These were cute little cabins, rustic, but clean and tidy with everything there for staying for awhile. AC too. We were on the water and the geese welcomed us in the morning! The cabin had a screened in porch with comfy chairs. There was a nice little beach with kayaks to use, a fire pit and firewood for each cabin. The bed was comfy. It was nice and we would definitely visit again.”

“Hosts were extremely friendly and helpful! The outdoor space is ADORABLE - though I didn’t get to enjoy it much as I was there with my 6mo old. The camper was clean and cute! It’s small, the bed wasn’t the world’s most comfortable thing I’ve ever slept on but overall we had an excellent time. The location cannot be beat -easy to walk to all things downtown. The hosts also included a bunch of cute “perks” like smore kits, a Polaroid camera, some water, coffee and a beer for me! The little perks……

“The cottage on Mendums Pond is a delightful, wonderfully furnished extended A-frame situated on a quiet road, overlooking a beautiful pond and natural view. Very quiet and peaceful, yet within 5 minutes of sites, shops, and conveniences. Everything you need is within the home, including AC and TV. The owner kept in touch and was very helpful with questions. The place was very clean and neat, and there were games and puzzles available. We loved our time here and will return in the future. ”
