“Took my two daughters for a quick getaway leading up to New Year's Eve. The 12 year old was happy to go outlet shopping, the 9 year old was happy to play games and mini golf at FunSpot, and I was happy to get Mexican food. It was cold weather when we went, but it would be a perfect location to stay during the summer since it is so close to the beach.The accommodations were spacious, tastefully decorated, and clean.The one opportunity for improvement would be the kitchen supplies. “This spot was perfect for our one night stay in town.Labeled parking spot, private entrance, super clean and neat. The only downfall was the television did not work due to breaker issue but because the accommodations were perfectly amazing I have to give it 5 stars. I would not hesitate to stay here again. ”

“We were warm and cozy on a cold, cold night! Just needed basic amenities - before we headed out for a day of skiing. The condo itself was clean and updated and appreciated the complimentary food and snacks. The sunrise this morning was incredible - we were able to open the curtains and enjoy while waking up this morning. ”

“Walkable to downtown Dover and lots of great restaurants & breweries. Very cute little downtown area. 15 mins to UNH. Very clean apartment, and lots of coffee was provided! The bottle of wine is also a nice touch. A little noisy (thin walls and doors, so you hear neighbors going in and out, as well as the train going by.) Quite quiet at night though, and comfy bed. We slept well. Would stay here again .”

“We were thrilled with our stay. The apartment was bright and cheery, everything was super clean and in wonderful condition, with lots of personal touches that made us feel right at home. The location is not only close to downtown Dover shops and restaurants but also a short trip to the Maine Seacoast. Our host responded quickly to our inquiries.and took great care to make sure we were comfortable. We travel to the area often to visit family and will always look to book this property. Wonderful!”

“I recently stayed at this charming cabin and had a wonderful experience. The property was exactly as described in the listing. The amenities were more than adequate, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal. While the cabin was a bit outdate that is what we were expecting and it didn't distract from our overall enjoyment. Plan on booing again in a few weeks for another great getaway. ”
