“This is our 2nd year staying at the maverick apartment in Wolfeboro. If you can’t have a beach house on the lake, this is a great location for enjoying downtown Wolfeboro. You can walk to everything and the apartment is clean and pretty well stocked. While the apartment is on one level, there are 10 steps up to the entrance. We usually found parking but it can be a challenge. We bring a couple of extra frying pans—and only one closet has a rod. But the kitchen is efficient with new appliances.……

I liked that we all got our own rooms and had space to spread out a little. Complimentary wine and chilled glasses were a nice touch. Enjoyed the coffee bar in the mornings. “Overall very pleasant stay. Was visiting my mother who moved to Newmarket recently and this place is about 1 mile from the downtown area. There are no motels in town. It is a second floor unit at the back of the property, that looks like some kind of converted barn structure. Very clean and quiet. Well stocked for the morning coffee. Two full beds that were OK. Note that it is located in a rather secluded spot and would probably be challenging to find if you were arriving at night. It's off the……

“The property is exactly as advertised, clean farmhouse (old home with all the creaks and charm you'd expect from an old farmhouse) but it's meticulously maintained with fresh paint, and it's got everything you need. The hosts are very experienced and prepared the property expertly. We really had no issues at all - the only surprise if for someone who isn't regularly staying in a duplex - the sounds can carry - but again - nothing to worry about- just something people may experience.
