“Pioche Village is new and nice. Hot tub was amazing. Lots of amenities weren't working (vending wasn't operational; air hockey was completely broken; pinball was in need of repair), but the location was great. Super easy to get to Jordanelle gondola and Deer Valley.”

It was our first time at the Canyons and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay.”

“We booked 7 nights for ski. When we realized there is no snow and we decided to leave early. We called the management on the 1st night and ask if we can have partial refund for the rest of the days. The manager, Ethan told us there is no discuss on this. So basically we wasted at least 4 nights without actually staying in. Very upset about this attitude.”

“Great location by the Frostwood gondola to Orange Bubble Express lift. Truly ski in and out. Three issues were: our adult children (all with the same last name) were not allowed to check in until we arrived. They started charging a ridiculous $280 to park a second car in the empty garage for the week. We also got WiFi access for only six devices despite having a 4 bedroom apartment for 10 people. Otherwise a great time was had by all”
