Pros: well kept old house with screened in upper front porch overlooking Meredith bay. Water pressure and hot water were fantastic. Furniture was modern and comfortable. Basement access for washers and driers ($1 but he has a working change machine!) Modern appliances. Cons: stairs would be difficult for someone with mobility issues.
