“Overall stay was perfect & equipped with everything we needed especially the woodstove! Hot tub rules were easy to follow & enjoyable time while it snowed. Communication between the owners was very easy & they responded back fairly quick. Looking forward to spending another weekend in the summertime! ”

“This cottage is in a nice location right off Moultonborough Bay. We rented a pontoon from Melvin Marine, which was very convenient. It was so peaceful this time of year. The weather was great. This 3 Bedroom 2 full Bath Cottage had everything you need to enjoy an extended weekend away on the water. The hosts were very responsive. I would stay here again.”

“Had a great time! Loved that there were toys for the beach for our little guys too. The only issue with the VRBO listing was that it said max of 4 people could stay but the info that was emailed said max of 6. ”

“We had an amazing stay at this property for the week. We are a family of 4 plus a small dog. 2 bedrooms were perfect for the kids upstairs and my husband and I stayed in the downstairs bedroom. Perfect for a small family! We were within an hour to so much and our stay was just perfect. We rented kayaks from Ski Works who were also great. Great trip and we would absolutely rent again! Carol & Gene are great!”

“The property is beautiful and beyond our expectations. The owner has everything you might need. Plenty of towels. Clean linens. The view was outstanding! The neighbor was awesome and helped us out tremendously. The check in was horrible with Vacasa. Not the property owners fault. After driving 14 hours and arriving late in the evening (7:00 pm) the keys were not in the lockbox. Then after contacting Vacasa, we did not receive keys to the property until after 9:00. Once we received the keys……

“The only issue we had with the house was that the upstairs shower would not work. We also did have to shovel the landing and steps when we first arrived. The heated garage was nice to put our ice fishing gear in to dry out overnight. Plenty of room to move around. Overall, I would rent it again in the future.”

“The cottage looks as pictured. The two main bedrooms are upstairs and the one bathroom is downstairs which is a bit tricky to find in the middle of the night. Neighborhood is exceptionally quiet and dark at night. Not sure where the beach and boat ramp are. Fireplace heater is lovely. BYO coffee -- no pods provided for even the first day.”

“The house was so incredibly cute! There were 4 of us and everyone had their own room (although we ended up not using two of them) and there was just enough space for us not to feel cramped. It was clean, modern lake house feel and the location is incredible. We got there at night and when I woke up in the morning to see the view and walk out to the lake I was blown away! Had a small water issue that we eventually got resolved but it didn't wreck the stay. If you're looking for a cute, comfy spot……
