“We stayed a week and it was wonderful. We had great weather and rode our motorcycle every day. The house was exactly what was described and better. Everything that we needed was there, and more. The owner was over to welcome us and let us know where to find him if we needed anything. We just thoroughly enjoyed the quiet the home gave us. Thank you so much Pat and Ellen. ”

“The Cozy Cottage nestled in the heart of Alton Bay, NH was just what my family of four needed for an extended holiday weekend getaway. My favorite keepsake from staying at Rich’s Cozy Cottage was most definitely the spectacular view and the live music heard from across the Bay while I relaxed on the comfy blue chairs in the large breezeway! We even brought our pugs and our 22 ft boat. Next time I hope to be able to reserve a dock, but the ramp is literally a five minute walk away.”

“Warm, cozy pine interior. With large/over sized fireplace.!!! Large deck with table and outdoor furnishings ,to watch sunrise and sunsets. The water view is just lovely. We lit off sky lanterns from the dock..The kitchen has everthing foodies need for great dinners!! We were here during my moms funeral and even with all that stress , we enjoyed the amenities this home has to offer…It was the perfect sanctuary!! Thank you! Heather”

“Overall, we enjoyed our time. A few things that need to be addressed, like the distance between the parking and house. You'll need a wagon, something on wheels, especially if you are older. Checking in process is a bit confusing, we had to call the 800 #. However, it's a beautiful spot, very quiet and peaceful. We would definitely recommend.”
