“The cottage was in a perfect location. Walking distance to the beach and morning coffee, as well as a small grocery store around the corner. Nice backyard. Comfortable beds. Living area was small but lay out gave us plenty of space. ”

“The location was spot on and perfect. The other families renting cottages next door were very friendly. Parking was a little chaotic at times but everywhere near the beach is like that! Beds were very comfortable, the old school look and feel was exactly what we wanted. Steven was fantastic to deal with too. Can't wait to go back!”

““Up the beach “ is an amazing hidden gemeverything in the description is right on. My Family and I enjoyed everything about it all the amenities and especially the view from the back. Its was quiet private clean and spacious, and gave us a beautiful place to be together. Great communication with Marybeth and Tim. We’re very thankful Wood recommend us anyone that would like it. “Loved the privacy of two separate bedrooms. Comfortable relaxing chairs for tv watching and fantastic having a table and four chairs for eating. Short stroll to the beach and the boardwalk with many delicious food options available. Very nice to have full size fridge and host was very nice and helpful as we flew into town and didn’t know to pack sheets. So she brought us some sheets and towels. Great location. ”
