“Pros: PERFECT location steps from the beach; three bedrooms; quirky vintage experience. Cons: as seen in photos and other reviews, this is a well loved well used very old beach cottage. While cosmetic stuff didn’t matter to us (e.g. backyard is dingy w broken toys and grills), some functional problems were annoying (kitchen sink doesn’t drain and we tried cleaning the trap and it didn’t help; one shower, once turned on, wouldn’t turn off). Biggest problem is customer service is very difficult to……

“A superb house for large families, with double beds in all the bedrooms and two excellent sitting rooms. The house was everything we had hoped for. The location in York is idyllic too and close to two delightful restaurants. We would thoroughly recommend this property to friends and family.”
