“We just returned from a lovely stay at this cozy beach cottage in Hampton Beach, and I must say—it was a wonderful home base for our family trip. I traveled with my husband, son, and mother-in-law, and the space was just right for our group. Though compact, it was easy to move around in, and we never felt cramped.The cottage was immaculate when we arrived—so clean it felt like we were the first guests to stay there! The updated flooring added a sleek, modern touch, and the location truly can’t……

“Great location, very clean, can bike to the beaches, and there are at least two beach restaurants at the end of the street. Close to Newburyport as well. Hope they get those curtains in on the second floor fixed and there is a vent outside the upstairs bathroom (outside) that needs a hood replaced or it makes noise on a windy night. Such small things true my, and it wouldn’t stop me from staying there again!!!”

“The house is spacious and lovely. The location is perfect- walkable to Perkins Cove as advertised and it’s on a quiet street. The house was very clean. It’s well equipped except for baking supplies (no mixer or mixing bowl) and the ping pong paddles were broken and beat. We enjoyed playing with the 2 useable but crummy paddles. Couldn’t play doubles. There were Lots of lobster supplies which was great.There were lots of fees added on and vacasa was not accommodating. Since it was a week from the……

“You could tell how new this property was with every detail in the home and the cleanliness! Also host thought of leaving many helpful things that we didn’t need to bring (all bedding, bath towels, beach towels, wagon, nice beach chairs). Our group of five (four adults and a 4 year old) had a great stay and had plenty of room to spread out. Hope to return again in the future! ”
