“In town for a show at Wally's and the location was perfect! Cutest little cottage!! Parking is tricky but we fit without issue. Would be best for a couple or a family with 1-2 young children. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!! Cottage actually was BETTER than photos with updates that were made over the winter! ”

“You could tell how new this property was with every detail in the home and the cleanliness! Also host thought of leaving many helpful things that we didn’t need to bring (all bedding, bath towels, beach towels, wagon, nice beach chairs). Our group of five (four adults and a 4 year old) had a great stay and had plenty of room to spread out. Hope to return again in the future! ”

“What an amazing property and an equally wonderful host! As a group of 8, we had plenty of space and the bedrooms were super cozy and well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked and having access to a washer and dryer was very helpful. Plenty of parking and a great deck/backyard. Would absolutely stay there again. ”

“The house was amazing in so many ways. It was large enough for a big family gathering; there were a multitude of places to find a quiet place if needed; the outdoor seating options were varied; the kitchen was well stocked and plenty of seating for everyone; the ADA bedroom makes it so much easier with elderly members; the location to beaches and the Nubble lighthouse were just a short walk, etc etc! We had a fabulous time and super comfortable stay and would highly recommend this property. ”

“We spent a long weekend at the seaside retreat and even though it was January we had some mild temps and were able to take some nice walks with our dog on the beach. The house was immaculate when we arrived, maybe the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in! The bathrooms are huge and the bedrooms were just right. Everyone seemed very happy with their beds, I can vouch that the master was very comfortable and I’m kind of picky about beds. The living room was perfect for hanging out in the……

“It was a nice and clean house but the internet went out on our third day and wasn’t fixed and one of the sliding glass doors we couldn’t lock because the deadbolt was completely missing so we had to jam the door so we’d feel it was safer and the neighbors are way closer then we thought they would be other than those things we enjoyed our stay ”
