“This was the second time I brought a group of clients to this wonderful property. The house is fabulous and the setting, looking out over vast expanses of water and sky is incredibly beautiful and inspiring. We were all super-comfortable and happy! And we had wonderful spaces for this to be a powerful week of self-discovery and fun. ”

“A very well kept and compact little apartment. Well stocked with everything (except they forgot dishwasher soap on this occasion). Two issues: the stairs up to the loft were fine for us, but might be difficult for anyone with walking issues. And the heating system was a bit of a mess. Upstairs roasted, while the downstairs main room was chilly, and the downstairs bedroom became a sauna if you closed the door. But for most people I'm sure this is not a winter time rental!”

“We enjoyed stay but wished we could of stayed longer. The views, from the home, are so beautiful. Spacious Master bedrooms on both 2nd & 3rd floor with private bathrooms & breath-taking views of ocean/Long Sands Beach. Other bedrooms are great as well. Sunrise view is incredible. Owners are extremely responsive and are so easy to work with. Highly recommend this rental. Home is clean-clean (as others have noted) and well stocked. You will not be disappointed. ”

“This is a charming 400-year-old farmhouse that has been well-loved and is perfect for hosting large get togethers. While it has been updated over the years, most of the original layout remains intact. There are lots of rules, but none are unreasonable, and there is a lot to know simply because it is a very large, historic home. This house feels warm and welcoming. “My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this property in Hampton Beach. We were able to walk to walk local nara and restaurants. We stayed here in the winter but could imagine it being a very active and fun place to stay in the summer. Micah, the owner, was very responsive!”
