“A perfect resting spot- the waves heal all”

“Celebrating college graduation at UNH. Easy distance to commencement and packing but close to the ocean to enjoy down time and relaxing together. Kitchen easily feeds 10 people with 3 different seating options for meals and plenty of grazing room. Indoor pool is lovely and warm, sauna was hot and easy to use. 4 staircases and 6 bedrooms many with pullout couches in addition to the comfy beds. We had a great reunion. Would love to return. ”

“Owner and very quick to respond. The unit is clean and literally has anything you could need. Seems recently updated, bed was very comfortable. Excellent location, definitely would stay again!! ”

“Sandra was a great host and IMMEDIATELY responded to ally our inquiries. The fenced in yard was great for the dog! Plenty of places to enjoy morning coffee outside. It was an easy walk to beach! We even found a bagel shop! ”

“While the weather turned a bit cold and windy. It was a great stay to unwind from a tough year. The fireplace was fantastic and so were the restaurant recommendations by the owner. Would definitely like to enjoy the property when it's warmer out to enjoy the outdoors more.”

“This is a nice summer stay. The beach is just across the road (a busy road). It has everything you need. However, as an off season it is not so great. There’s a very good heat pump so being cold was not the issue, it’s the door. Not sealed well so it rattled with the wind and let in cold air. I sealed it with a newspaper to stop the rattle and cold air. The floor is also somewhat slippery when shoes are wet from rain. I all minor when there during the summer. ”

“Before we stayed we asked a few questions about the property and learned that the listing is quite inaccurate and the company that manages it has absolutely no idea what is in the house. When we got there and had multiple problems (no hot water, the house had an intense kitty litter smell, the air conditioning barely worked and ALL the fans in the house were broken, the outdoor shower didn’t work, there was no hose to rinse any of our beach things off so sand got everywhere, even if there was a……

“Dog friendly and owner allowed me to bring my GSD even though over the weight limit. Nice little cottage, private setting, peaceful but in need of some updated touches and features. A couple things noted- the stove top front right burner isn’t working properly. I tried and made sure it was pushed in /connected properly but still couldn’t get it working beyond a low setting. I did not contact the owner since two other burners work during my short stay. The front outside light didn’t work.The beds……

“This was a great home close to the beach and restaurants. There was plenty of room for everyone and it was a quiet location and a clean home. We enjoyed our brief stay and Ediola was wonderful in communicating before and during our stay. Perfect for a beach getaway!”
