“I stayed in another property in Hampton Beach a few years back. It was dirty to the point of me having to clean the toilet and kitchen before we used them. By contrast, Hybiscus was sparkling clean and clearly well-cared for. Quiet neighborhood, close to beach, cozy interior. Highly recommend!”

“A very well kept and compact little apartment. Well stocked with everything (except they forgot dishwasher soap on this occasion). Two issues: the stairs up to the loft were fine for us, but might be difficult for anyone with walking issues. And the heating system was a bit of a mess. Upstairs roasted, while the downstairs main room was chilly, and the downstairs bedroom became a sauna if you closed the door. But for most people I'm sure this is not a winter time rental!”

“This home was gorgeous and spotless, and the views were amazing. Our family loved walking the beach in Hampton and Seabrook. And Seacoast Vacation Rentals staff were incredibly responsive. They’re available 24 hours a day to answer any questions. I called with a wifi question and received an immediate answer. They also let us check in early as pipes froze at our first rental. I will definitely be bookmarking this home!”

“Not enough room on this page to describe how happy we were to stay in #39. From the appliances (we made big meals) to the layout, to the comfort, to the location, the availability for our trip, the cost, so many wonderful attributes. We even made friends with the folks in #41 and had a blast on the porch. Absolutely phenomenal hosts and home. It felt like a home; both comfortable and welcoming. So clean!!!”

“Had a wonder fall weekend here. House was clean and fit our party of 14 perfectly. Has a nice back yard we were able to enjoy due to nice weather. Absolutely perfect location! beach a few minute walk away. Restaurants and bars are all very close walking distance away. Hosts responded to my emails quickly and they even let us get in a bit early. Only down side is parking .with a house that sleeps that many we needed more then 2 spots and at this time of year not many options as you can’t park on……

“This is a beautiful home. Close to all the action in Hampton Beach. KC and the Sunshine Band was playing at the Casino Ballroom it was a great show!!! Ruthie was a wonderful host and kept in touch throughout our 10 day stay. We will definitely stay here again next year with friends. Thank you Ruthie for everything ;)”
