“My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this property in Hampton Beach. We were able to walk to walk local nara and restaurants. We stayed here in the winter but could imagine it being a very active and fun place to stay in the summer. Micah, the owner, was very responsive!”

“We spent a long weekend at the seaside retreat and even though it was January we had some mild temps and were able to take some nice walks with our dog on the beach. The house was immaculate when we arrived, maybe the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in! The bathrooms are huge and the bedrooms were just right. “A very well kept and compact little apartment. Well stocked with everything (except they forgot dishwasher soap on this occasion). Two issues: the stairs up to the loft were fine for us, but might be difficult for anyone with walking issues. And the heating system was a bit of a mess. Upstairs roasted, while the downstairs main room was chilly, and the downstairs bedroom became a sauna if you closed the door. But for most people I'm sure this is not a winter time rental!”
