“The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion.”

We have a family with 2 adults and 2 kids and there was certainly room for more. The area is quiet at night and a wonderful, short walk to Long Sands. Walking back to the house from the beach for forgotten items was a breeze. I highly recommend this rental but please don’t rent it when we want to go back! Thank you, Mike! ”
