“The decor was super cute and the room was so cozy! We had planned to pull out the couch, but it was very cramped. Luckily the couch was wide enough and comfy enough to sleep one of us without pulling it out. We were close enough to the boardwalk and restaurants for it to be super convenient. 10/10 recommend!”

“Beautiful location only downfall was the water pressure very low and standup shower limited space to place soaps and shampoo and there is no lights in the shower so it’s dark but yes I would def book again and just the view alone is 5 star plus! ”

“This is a unique property: a view from the porch of Oarweed Cove, the Marginal Way and the Atlantic Ocean; from the driveway you are steps from Perkins Cove’s shops, restaurants and harbor. We enjoyed our stay, especially the ocean views and sounds.”

“Check-in couldn’t have been smoother. The unit was available early and the host let us know. Self check-in with a key pad is very convenient. The place was sparkling clean, plenty of towels and comfortable beds. Kitchen was adequately stocked for light meal and snack prep but not for cooking large meals indoors. A nice grill is available outside. The host’s communication was very good and responsive. ”

“I've been to Hampton beach several times, and most hotels/motels charge prime cost for a crappy room. This place is high-end, clean and chic. Safe covered parking that could fit my pick-up truck. Check in was super easy with Buzz and Judy welcoming us. They are such a cute couple! We did not need to reach out to them the whole time, because everything was so organized and worked great! LOTS of bonuses/inclusions in this appartment that we were not expecting. My ONLY complaint would be the……

“Game room was a hit! Nice balcony to enjoy. Had all the things we needed to make meals. Such easy access to all the things to do in the area. We enjoyed Salem, Moose Alley, Exeter, White Mountains and more. The hikes at Pawtuckaway are gorgeous. Only rec is a more comfortable couch for parties up to 8! ”

“Very good. Recommend having a second key inside so you don’t have to deal with the lockbox everytime. I think it said one would be there online but we never found it. We are older and it eas cold getting in sometimes. Overall it was excellent and we loved our time there. ”
