“Where do I begin with this property? In short if you’ve already booked and aren’t beyond the cancellation window I highly recommend you cancel. If you haven’t booked, please look for another more suitable property. From the beginning communication was challenging with this property. “We stay at the Brook Wood Inn when visiting family in nearby Unity. This was our 2nd stay at the Inn and it is very relaxing place to stay. The common areas and kitchen is great, we always make our own breakfast and have a nice cup of coffee together each morning :)”

“We were looking for a place to stay for 1 night so we didn’t have to drive home late from a family event. It fit the bill. Self checkin & clean. We were in the lavender room which is at the top of the stairs. The room is not sound proofed so you can hear everything in the hallway and through the walls. No security lock on the room door inside, which is a little unnerving. Overall it met our needs.”
