“We spent two nights at this beautiful “carriage house” hard by the Lake Sunapee golf course. It was immaculately clean, beautifully furnished, and our hosts, Tom and Kem, did everything to make our visit carefree and enjoyable. “We loved staying at the farm! The house itself is very clean and cozy. Our kids had an amazing time hanging with the animals and bouncing on the trampoline. “We were looking for a place to stay for 1 night so we didn’t have to drive home late from a family event. It fit the bill. Self checkin & clean. We were in the lavender room which is at the top of the stairs. The room is not sound proofed so you can hear everything in the hallway and through the walls. No security lock on the room door inside, which is a little unnerving. Overall it met our needs.”

"The front desk staff was extremely friendly and even recommended nearby souvenir shops and an amazing breakfast spot. I would give them a perfect score for their service. The hotel is converted from an old elementary school, which gives it a unique character. However, the bathroom is a bit small, with a sink that seems sized for elementary school students, making it easy to splash water everywhere. The bed appears to have dust mites, as my allergies acted up shortly after lying down, though it wasn't too severe. The TV offers many channel options, so you won't get bored at night！"
